Wrong Products:
Please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
Order is deemed received without issue after 48 hours of the delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unwanted Products:
Please contact us within 14 calendar days upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your refund within 2 business days.

Faulty Products:
Please contact us within 30 calendar days upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be either unused and in the same condition that you received it, or are lightly used or opened.
Refund Fee
No fee will be charged for a refund.
If the refund products is deemed to be handled or used excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
How to Refund?
There are 2 ways to request a refund, you only have to pick 1 method to do:

To speed up the process, please include below information in the email/ contact form:
- Refund Reason: Unwanted/ Wrong Products/ Damaged on Arrival/ Faulty Products

If you have submitted a return request, you do not have to submit a refund request.
When & Where to Refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
For PayPal, it usually takes 2-7 business days for the money to become available in your PayPal balance.
Return
In most cases, customer have to return for a refund, you do not have to fill in the contact form or email us twice.
