Returns
Wrong Products:
Please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your return within 2 business days.
Order is deemed received without issue after 48 hours of the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unwanted Products:
Please contact us within 14 calendar days upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your return within 2 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Faulty Products:
Please contact us within 30 calendar days upon receiving your product.
Please note that Vchain Store will confirm your return within 2 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be either unused and in the same condition that you received it, or are lightly used or opened.
Shipping Fee for Return
Within 30 days from delivery date, or if the product was faulty* at the time the goods were delivered to you. Vchain Store will cover the shipping costs for returning your item, a return shipping label will be sent to you.
*Your rights to return a faulty goods (non-artificial damage) can last for up to 6 years, but after the first 6 months the onus is on you to prove a fault was present at the time you took ownership of the goods.
How to Return/ Exchange?
There are 2 ways to request a return/ exchange, you only have to pick 1 method to do:

To speed up the process, please include below information in the email/ contact form:
- Return Reason: Unwanted/ Wrong Products/ Damaged on Arrival/ Faulty Products
- Order Number:
- Picture/ Video of (wrong/ damaged/ faulty) products:
- Special request/ extra message:
Once our CS team confirmed the return/ exchange, you will receive a shipping label for return.
All return/ exchange products must follow below conditions.
If you have submitted a refund request, you do not have to submit a return request.
Return/ Exchange Product Conditions
Whether you return the item without any reasons, it should meet the below conditions:
- The item is bought from Vchain Store
- You have submitted the return request within 30 days from delivery date
- You have received our approval for your request
- The item is returned with the original packaging, in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
- The item is returned to Vchain Store within 14 calendar days after your return request is approved
To Cancel an Order
You may cancel an order before it was dispatched.
Usually, order will be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days from purchase date.
Please email us at service@vchainstore.com/ fill in the Contact form providing your order number and will of cancel.
If the order already dispatched, please follow above instruction about how to return an unwanted products.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
